Her path—from leading more than 100 employees, to guiding a family business through transition and sale, to serving her community—has shaped a practical philosophy: thoughtful leadership can create both financial opportunity and a more purposeful life.

Rachel serves on the Sherman Symphony board, is a Sherman Chamber ambassador, and graduated from Leadership Sherman in June 2026. As her class’s lead spokesperson, she helped share the story of a $20,000-plus effort to rebuild the Evergreen Life Services greenhouse.
