Rachel Marie Graham is a strategic financial services leader, entrepreneur, musician, and community advocate whose mission is to help people build wealth while living with purpose.
Rachel currently serves as an Investment Adviser Representative and life insurance professional with Shockley Insurance Agency. She maintains active Series 6, 63, and 65 registrations and holds life and health insurance licenses in Texas, Arkansas, and Oklahoma. She is completing the education requirements toward CFP® certification.
Previously, Rachel worked with NYLIFE Securities from September 2022 through March 2025. Before financial services, she held multiple leadership roles with ALDI. As a district manager, she led approximately 105 employees across seven locations, supported the North Texas Instacart rollout across 96 stores, and managed 26 accelerated remodels.
Entrepreneurship and transition
Rachel later became the owner of Printsbury, a 35-year-old family printing company. She guided the organization through transition after her father’s passing and completed a successful sale that preserved continuity for employees and clients. The experience strengthened her belief that entrepreneurship is also about protecting relationships, honoring a legacy, and creating a responsible path forward.
A global and creative perspective
Rachel earned a Bachelor of Science in International Business, Economics, and Finance from the University of Arkansas Honors Program, graduating cum laude. She studied economics in Madrid and supply chain in Shanghai. She speaks Spanish with professional working proficiency.
Rachel is also a professional violinist. Music has shaped her appreciation for preparation, collaboration, creativity, and disciplined growth.
Community at the center
Rachel serves on the Sherman Symphony board, is a Sherman Chamber ambassador, and graduated from Leadership Sherman in June 2026. Across finance, entrepreneurship, music, and service, she brings the same philosophy: thoughtful leadership can create both opportunity and a more purposeful life.
